Wapack Pups Purchase Agreement Contract / 1 Year Health Guarantee
The Seller, ________________, and the Buyer, _________________________,
Hereby agree as follows:
The Seller hereby sells to the buyer for the amount of $________, payment of which is hereby acknowledged, the male/female puppy _____________, born ____________, in accordance with the terms of this contract.
Seller guarantees, for a period of one year from date of birth, that the puppy herein referenced is free from life threatening genetic defects requiring euthanasia. All genetic defects must be substantiated by a licensed veterinarian. Seller warrants that at time of delivery, the puppy is in good health. Buyer is encouraged to have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within seven days from the time of delivery, to verify the health of the puppy. If during this seven day period, the puppy is found to have a life threatening condition as documented by the examining veterinarian, then upon verification of this condition, and upon return of the puppy by Buyer, Seller agrees to supply Buyer with another puppy of the same breed. All veterinarian fees or associated costs are to be paid by the Buyer. This puppy is not guaranteed for breeding and is being sold as pet companion only. The Buyer shall maintain the puppy in good condition, including adherence to necessary vaccinations, good diet, and a clean and safe environment. If at any time in it’s life the puppy is to be sold or given away, the Buyer agrees not to place the puppy in a shelter, but to find someone who will offer puppy a loving home.
